Hiking, Paddle Boarding, Cold Plunge and additional activities will be available.

All activities are optional. We strive to create a respectful, welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Guests will also have the option to book individual bodywork or massage sessions with our therapists.

• Remaining balance due 30 days before the retreat

• Payment options will be provided after registration (zelle, venmo, cc)

• Extend your stay with a 3rd night for $150 (inquire for availability)
