ORCAS ISLAND - FALL RETREATS
DOE BAY RESORT
Wild Mountain Connection is celebrating our 5th Anniversary of this annual retreat! It’s our passion and purpose to share our love for connection, adventure, nourishing food, yoga, bodywork & healing. We hope you can join us at one of our favorite spots in the San Juan Islands!
WE’RE EXCITED TO OFFER TWO FALL RETREATS THIS YEAR -
September 17th - 20th, 2026
September 24th - 27th, 2026
Our All-Inclusive Retreat features Daily Yoga & Meditation, Live Music, Hand-Crafted Food & Drinks, a Daily Sauna & Soaking Tub Window and Doe Bay Resort Accommodations. Hiking, Paddle Boarding, Cold Plunge and additional activities will be available. All activites are optional. We strive to create a respectful, welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a session with one of our amazing therapists for some of the best bodywork and massage you will ever receive! To add this to your retreat experience, let us know - we’ll get you in touch with a matched therapist to schedule & make payment arrangements with them directly.
Retreat activities begin 2:00 PM on Thursday afternoon and will end on Sunday afternoon around 2:00 PM. Option to extend accommodations through Monday morning available, see below.
Wild Mountain Connection Retreats are supported by a dedicated team of instructors, facilitators, and organizers who share a passion for wellness, outdoor learning, nourishing food, and meaningful community. Together, our team creates an environment where participants can relax, explore, and reconnect with nature and each other.
Each person brings unique experience in their field, helping shape a retreat that blends movement, outdoor adventure, good food, music, and connection.
Community Gathering
Most of our organized activities, yoga and meals will be held in either the Boathouse or the Yoga Studio. The Boathouse grand room will also serve as our home base and a welcome space for all our guests during the retreat.
There are many places to gather together, including during our soaking tub & sauna windows or in the picnic meadow.
Needing some solo time? There are many trails in the area and the cove is right out the Boathouse door, leading to the quiet solitude of Doe Bay.
Retreat Offerings
Each long weekend will offer time for Daily Yoga & Meditation, a Daily Sauna & Soaking Tub Window, and Hand-Crafted Food & Drinks, served in our warm Community Dinner setting. Prior to the retreat, guests will receive the finalized daily offerings schedule.
You can check out a previous retreat’s offerings as a sample, slight adjustments will be made to the times. In addition, we will have rotating team members this year in order to provide back to back retreat weekends! View samples: Daily Offerings | Menu
Food For Your Soul
Each meal will be handcrafted onsite by our chefs using fresh, seasonal ingredients inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. Retreat meals are thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and spirit, providing the energy needed for days filled with movement, adventure and exploration, while offering the comfort that supports rest, recovery and reflection. Dietary needs and food allergies can be accommodated.
Whether gathering around the table after morning yoga, enjoying a warm meal following an afternoon hike, or sharing stories over dinner, food is an integral part of the retreat experience - bringing people together and creating moments of connection throughout the weekend.

You’re welcome to use this time to hike or bike Mt Constitution at nearby Moran State Park. Explore the calm waters on your paddle board or kayak, with easy access right from the Boathouse cove. You can also purchase additional sauna & soaking tub time directly from Doe Bay Resort.
We made you a simple packing checklist!
Love Island Time?
Do you love being on Island Time & simply don’t want to rush back to the grind? Our retreat ends mid-Sunday, but a room accommodation may be extended through Monday morning for an additional $150 per guest.
Take one long exhale and decompress with some of our team members & other guests who stay the extra night.
No formal activities are scheduled as our team is doing take-down, so you just get to get relax and put your feet up, go hit the trails, or paddle off into the sunset.
Traditionally, we go out to dinner together Sunday evening at the Doe Bay Cafe. We talk, we laugh, and quite honestly, we feel only slightly guilty, yet very satisfied, with being lucky enough to relax one last evening.
