• Free time to explore, hike, bike, paddle board or rest
• Community Dinner
• Optional Cold Plunge & Sauna
• Candlelit Yin Yoga
• S’mores & Fireside Gathering

Day 3 – Adventure & Connection

• Morning Meditation
• Integrated Yoga Flow
• Brunch
• Closing Circle & Pack up
• Free time for hiking, paddle boarding or rest

Day 4 – Late Check Out Option

Guests are welcome to stay an additional night after the retreat ends for a relaxed departure.

This optional late check-out stay is available at no extra charge and allows guests to:

• Pack up at a relaxed pace
• Enjoy the forest & bay one final evening
• Connect with new friends
• Depart Monday morning

Note: Retreat Meals are provided through Sunday Brunch. If you’re planning to spend an extra night, reminder to bring meals & drinks for the remainder of your stay. Option to cook on your camp stove or we can provide access to the community kitchen.
