Scheduled yoga classes are held as shown on the Yoga page. You can join any of them by tapping the "Join this Class" buttons. Special classes, private group events and other locations can be organized if requested.
Massages can be arranged in Bellevue, West Seattle and North Bend. Special arrangements can be made for other locations. You can schedule a massage by tapping thebutton next to the type of massage you would like, on the Massage page.
